Yes, I need the introduction letter and advertising profile since I need to supmit my profile to a lot of customer(companies) to show them what kind of products and services that I have to them. Plus, I need to know exactly what is the most and attractive information should be written and How?? To be included in the profile.

I'm sure that you know more about your business than anyone else here.

As far as an introduction letter is concerned, my suggestion would be for you to start a draft of such a letter on this thread, without putting any contact information in it. If you do that, I'm sure that there will be those of us who'll be willing to come along and make suggestions as to how you might make improvements to it.

In your letter, you should describe who you are and what your business is and does, and how it might be of value concerning usage by the potential customer. You then ask them politely, in the letter, for an opportunity to discuss those things with them.

I would list those items that Clough suggested (great references Clough0 however I would keep it clear and brief so it is easy and a short read. People read the first paragraph and only if there is something that strikes their interest will they continue to read.

Wet their appetite with some questions about their needs and how you can offer solutions to them. This works, and takes a stab at their particular needs and problems; i.e. speed, accuracy, display, colors, saves time=more productivity and a better bottom line which covers their costs for your business expense.

I suggest that you put together a synopsis and we can review and offer suggestions...
