So my roommate which is my ex GF now asked for the key to the apartment I gave it to her now she is refusing to give it back were planing on leaving and she refuses to give it up and after trying to get it back called the cops they told me that if I'm harassing her and I can be arrested what can I do about this?

When you say "we are moving out" who is moving, you, her, both of you ?

So now she has the only key?

OK if you are both moving out ( I will assume not together since she called the police) if she is moving out, why will she not give you the key, ( or at least turn the key in to the landlord
