We have large amount of black particals in our borewell water,but it is neither due to hardness nor iron,we already used a sand filter but it is not remove by this filter please suggest me wahat is this and how can we remove these black particals?

Describe the black particles. Are they too small for the filter to catch? Are they hard or soft? Any odor to them? Do they look like plastic?
