I'm in a custody battle with my mother in law and she stated that I did go to a theraputic boarding school. Can that legally be used against me now that I'm 22 years old? Or are my records sealed since I was under the age of 18?

The other side may try and use any and everything against each other,

Normally the court cares less what happened years ago, they want to know what is happening now, that will effect the child.
