I am trying to sketch a normal curve using the sames set of axes. U=20 & O=3 & the second curve is U=20 & O=6.

You should be able to do this on your own, it's an easy exercise. Anyway, here is the general shape of the normal curve. Just replace the $\mu$ and $\sigma$ by the given values.
