Have a 1994 Honda Civic. Car starts intermittently. Have replaced the fuel pump 3 x's. Car might start 4 (5,6... ) x's in a row, and then not start the next "4" (varies every time we try it.) Any suggestions?

Also: Was advised to replace the fuel pump relay but cannot locate it. (?)
