My "husband" married me to get his green card as soon as he got his American passport he moved out.
How can I report him and can I sue him for money that he owes me ? I want to also sue him for inflicting emotional pain... I never understood why he didn't want to have children with me... now I know that it was because he was simply using me!!

Report him to the INS (ICE). And apply for a divorce/annulment. You can ask for reimbuirsement as part of the divorce.

File for divorce, and report him to Immigration Services. Of course it will be on you to prove that is why he moved out, remember over 1/2 of all marriage end in divorce which could be his defense that it just did not work. So you will need to have proof that can be used in court to prove this.

In divorce court you can sue for what damages the court will allow.
