    Most likely, your power supply to the pump is OFF. Do this:

    1. Locate circuit breaker for the pump
    2. Flip it to ON position
    3. If the pump has cord and is plugged into a GFCI receptacle, make sure this outlet is not tripped. If positive, than push IN the black button on the plug - or even better, take a small elec. Appliance and plug it INTO this receptacle to test it for presence of electrical current
