Have a '95 regal 3.8L non super charged, column shift. My son was driving stopped to pick up sister and would not restart. I have tested battery, replaced starter, ing switch still nothing will not crank. Solenoid on started is not being switched to a start condition.

. Remove and fully charge or replace the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:
