My cat has been in labour since 5pm Saturday 29/5/10. Its now 2.30am Sunday 30/5/10 , she is still in labour, no signs of any kittens? Should I be worried? How long do I leave her ?

If you are sure she is definitely in labour, with no kittens presenting at this point, you should take her into your vet.
