More than likely you are sore just from the very act of birthing you wonderful child and the episiotomy(?).

It will fade with time. I hope dad is treating you with great tenderness.

And take a deep breath. You will feel pain in odd places for a while. It took me 2 months to get back to normal after having my daughter.
