    Stop asking the same question, and in some cases not even a real question, over and over, I have deleted the other posts,

    People who post here are not paid, they do so on their time, it can take hours or even days to get complete answers from a lot of the experts

    No, the creditor is who offers you the credit. The collection agent is the collection agent. The law states:
    The term “creditor” means any person who offers or extends credit creating a debt or to whom a debt is owed, but such term does not include any person to the extent that he receives an assignment or transfer of a debt in default solely for the purpose of facilitating collection of such debt for another.
