I want to ask the title of this movie, the story is that she lives in this house which she is not comfortable with, because she feels like someone is watching her, and then this guy appear out of nowhere, like he's living in the attic of her house, it turns out that the guy is a friend of her mother from the mental institution. Its really creepy, but I want to watch it again, but I can't remember the title.. please help me...
