Cannot access the share folder or any drive. But pinging success and do not connect the Domain please tell me solutions

Try connecting using the IP address rather than the computer name.

Are you experiencing this problem while trying to set up a network or is it new problem on an existing network?

How are you trying to connect via IP or via a domain name? Also is this the location on a external or internal network?

If you can ping the location but can't load it, this would more suggest a issue with the share drive rather than the network. So your system can communicate with the other system but can't find the share drive you are trying to access.

Make sure you you have mounted the drive correctly (it can be easy to miss a setting), I won't go into the all the options to check as you don't define your OS and they vary dramatically. Also remember and check for case sensitivity on linux based systems.
