    Parvo in grass
    I had a rat terrier that died on me today 5/28/10 due to parvo she was only 4 months old I also have a german shepard that I took to the vet and got him treated with all the shots that he was going to need but don't really know if it is safe for him he had a parvo test done to him also but I need to find out what I need to disinffect the back yard that still might have parvo in it.. please if someone knows let me know that's...

    It is less likely that an adult will get parvo. However, the option of you getting another puppy is out of the question for quite some time.

    A good way to kill parvo in grass is to puchase either bleach or a chemical that is used specifically for the parvo virus. You can find some solutions at Pet Supplies | Dog & Cat Supplies | Vaccines | Revival Animal Health.. they have vet clinic approved cleaners that kill the parvo virus plus more. Yout want to puchase a flower feeder that is hooked up to the hose that sprays both the solution and water.
