This pic was taken right after I noticed the bumps.
This could be an allergy but I'd consult a physician if they are spreading and not showing signs of going away. Been gardening lately?
Many reactions come from touching plants. Poison ivy gives me the same rash you have.
I was outside when the bumps appeared. I don't think I touched any plants though.
Here's a pic I just took. Maybe I'm imagining things, but it looks like more tiny bumps are appearing. Including one on my index finger.

Sorry, 3 day holiday. Do you still have bumps? Take a new pic and post the new mext to the old.
Has your mother seen it? You should really see a doctor about that.
The day the bumps appeared, 5/23

And today, 5/31

Going through the photos I took, I now remember I was taking pics of plants/flowers that same day. I didn't touch though.
I don't know the names of the plants I took pics of. I'm going to look them up now..
Can this possibly be celadine?

"Celandine can cause rashes, itching, and serious allergic reactions in some people. The whole plant is reported as being at least mildly poisonous to humans, with the roots being the most toxic."
Maybe, don't know.
Wash what you were wearing and even your camera body.
Handle the rash with calomine lotion or Benedryl topical lotion.
Update.. 20 days later and I still have them. They're not as raised, but instead the bumps have turned red.

Did those bumps go away. I have something just like that on my inner arms and sides
My pointer finger is having littler problems but I just realized it went from 1 to more, no spread out... I don't know what it is...
I have it as well on the back of both hands. Went to Dr and he has no idea.
I have the same bumps on my hands! And I went to see a doctor... and its just like u. They don't hurt and or itch. But they spread. I use to have it just on one hand but now I have it on both... The doctor had no clue on what it was but I got one bump removed at the are analyzing it. I hope when I have news I will tell you.
I have the same thing I am 29 and this is the first time ever these bumps show up. Please keep us posted on what the doctor tells you.
Thank You
I have the same thing. When I was younger it was really bad, so I went to numerous doctors who kept referring me to other doctors. It only happens in the spring and summer right? Just from being outside?
I still think it's Molluscum contagiosum.
