    Just wondering
I live in Winnipeg Canada - A friend of mine just wired his cottage 200amp. The 2 hot service wires are 2/0 the neutral is #3 the ground is #6 - and it passed the inspection. But when I search here I read - that the neutral needs to be #1 and the ground #4. Just curious.

That may be the size that is allowed by Canadian code. Seems curious that you are the second to state the same size wiring.

I only know USA NEC code, maybe someone here is familiar with the Canadian code, and can confirm the correct size wire for this type of service.
