I am retired military drawing Social Security and small pension from South Carolina. Can any of these be garnished for unsecure credit card debts in Florida. Reside in the Volusia County.

Social Security benefits, military pensions, government/civilian pensions and SOME private pensions are NOT subject to garnishment for credit card debt.

The word "some" here is going to be the important factor.
