Processors mean computer processors.Businesses manufacturing processors are ones like Intel and AMD.

Well, he will try to utilize the strengths,i.e. internal factors of that business that will have a favourable effect on it and try to eliminate the threats,i.e. internal factors that will affect the business adversely.
