I would say that it is an ego and self image thing. A man's penis size is probably one of his greatest insecurities. His woman can say that he is huge, satisfies her like no other, hits the right spot, or any other compliment, but, like any other insecurity, he might find it hard to believe you.

He could be insecure about his penis size and because he 'knows' that black men are bigger, it is okay to watch interracial porn because he won't be jealous of the actor's penis size. He will rationalize that the porn star's penis is bigger because he is black, whereas watching a white man will cause him to think that he is small because the actor is average.
