Anime or manga series not sure but I think its set in the future I remember a group of girls possible agents or cops and a boy I remember I one scene the boy and one of the girls was in a hollo deck of some sort and it looked like they had school uniforms on anyway I think in the final scene the boy chose a girl he was meant to be with but he had to chase her round the ship because she kept teleporting! Some one help its driving me crazy that I can't remember

Well the end song to Neon Genesis Evangelion is Fly me to the moon and some aspects sound right, try that and see how you go :)
