I was in love with a girl who was my cousin aunt's sister. We both loved each other very much. But there were some family problems betwwen us. But I still convinced everybody and got engaged with her. But his brother still had problem with me. Once I had a very big altercation with her regarding this problem.we had a fight and I even fought with my aunt for that. So her family got angry and broke our relation. Even she did not stood by me. Now I am very upset about that. This matter is now 2 months old. But till now I am not able to forget her. My mind is pretty much disturbed and always thinking about her. Whether I jhave done any wrong thing or what? Now I want to forget her, but its getting tougher and tougher. What should I do to erase her from my mind?

Keep yourself busy. Delete Facebook or MySpace. Get a workout buddy. Find a hobby, join a book club.

And remember, she didn't stand next to you. Her then fiancee'. You don't need such a wishy washy little girl.

I never had any affair with any girl before her, she was first girl in my life. So I loved her like anything. Provide me solution to forget her.:confused:

Keeping busy is the best way to help you cope with loss and memories of that loss. Sitting alone in a room thinking about the situation over and over does nothing. Get busy. Stay busy.

Even when I'm on move... all the time which I spend with her comes front of my eyes.. and harasses me

That's very common, especially considering that the wounds are still fresh. I went through the same thing, & most of the people on here went through the same thing. I loved someone with my entire being, & they stabbed me in the heart.

I'm not saying it's easy. Your going to have flashbacks for a while, & think about everything you did with her & what you liked about her. But I promise that with time, it will get easier, & you'll come out stronger for it.

I hope for d same... even my mind starts questioning now whether I will any good girl or not in future?. I m totally confused... n even tell you that I even thought of ending my life... but could not do because of my parents.. they have sacrificed there life for us... I m vry weak from inside... I easily get hurt on small things...

You WILL find a better, loving, more faithful girl in the future. That I can guarantee. You'll find her when you least expect it. :)

And suicide is never the answer. It breaks the heart of everyone that loves you. The girl that hurt you is not worth suicide.

She was your first and you had such high hopes that went up in flames. You will heal and be ready for your second soon. Its hard, I have had a few with the same high hopes as you. Hurts every time, but you heal and get ready for the next one, learn a lot, and keep going.

Stay busy, and do your thing, with family, and friends.

I don't know why this has happened to me... I have never done any wrong kind of thing with any girl in my past.. I didn't even flirt with anybody... I didn't love anybody bofore her... and when she came I'm my life... I was overjoyed... I promised myself that I will love her vry much.. like nobody has ever done.. and I even did it.. I used to listen every damn thing she used to tell me... even one I didn't talk to her... I used to get mad

You will never forget about her but you can learn and grow from this situation. You have to reprogram your mind. When thought of her creep into your mind quickly think of something else. If you have something of hers in your present move it. Any cards, pictures, etc.

Sometimes things doesn't go as planned and dealing with any break-up is help when the wounds are fresh. You just have to stay strong and take it a day at a time. Believe me you will get over it and you will have more relationships in the future even if your thinking about it now. As mention alredy mention do your best to stay busy and come on here anytime to vent.

I think she became weakness... thats I am behaving like this...
But nw I'm promising myself.. I m not going to let her ruin my life..
