After it's cooked it won't taste like it was frozen. I cook frozen sausage all the time.
What are you planning on making?

You can cook it up and make a ragu for spaghetti:)

Well you can't really " cook it frozen " you have to thaw it and then cook it. If sausage is still frozed when you cook or grill you will burn the ourside and the center may still be raw. Thaw it in a pan of warm water

I'm making sausage sandwich, but I just thought about it and didn't have time to thaw.. so I just wondering if it was possible to cook.

Thaw in a pan of warm water would take about 10 minutes, be patient, you will not like a sausage sandwich which is cooked while still fozen
