    Chances of Pregnancy.
Well, this happened about three hours ago. And I am really worried. I did use a condom, however, I took it off and went in without it and stayed in for about 7 - 10 seconds. I think I twitched. I would say I didn't ejaculate during or before the intercourse, but I'm contradicting myself because I'm so paranoid. This may sound a little childish but with all the threads about this topic, I just don't know what to believe. I am unbelievably paranoid.

Pregnancy is always a possibility when you engage in intercourse. The probability is unknown as we don't know where this girl was in her cycle. Does she know if she was ovulating?

You need to be prepared to be a parent if you are having sex. There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy.

How old are the two of you?

    Yep. What J_9 said.

And the truth is we just have absolutely NO way of answering your question... there are couples who try like hell to have a child and cannot... and then there are those who get pregnant while using birth control and cycle tracking... like my ex did. She knew exactly where she was to be in her cycle and we were using because that is fairly reliable with proper use... oops happens.

So... plan on being freaked out for some time. When you have sex, protected or not, she can get pregnant.

I would say no, her last period was April 14. She says she's irregular and normally gets her period every other month, rather than every month. I don't know how this affects the ovulation process.

    Were both seventeen.

Moved to Pregnancy and New Motherhood because the OP is not an adult.

That doesn't mean she wasn't ovulating. Actually, if she has an irregular period, then it INCREASES your chances of an unplanned pregnancy--because neither of you have a CLUE as to when she might be ovulating.

Get your butts to the doctor or to Planned Parenthood and have her take the Plan B pill.

And frankly, if you're not ready to be parents, then keep your firehose in your pants.

I got pregnant using THREE forms of birth control correctly---the second time I had sex.

Let me repeat: If you are not ready to get married, settle down, and raise kids---then DO NOT HAVE SEX!
