    Payday loans discharged in bankruptcy?
Between my husband and myself we owe seven payday loans. We recently decided to file for bankruptcy in Ohio. Can these loans be discharged?

Normally, if it appears you just took them out, to defraud them by going bankrupt, the companies you have them with can ask they not be included,
This is a issue that will not be 100 percent known till you file and see if they object or not.

But you will and need to get a budget and get one one,

Payday Loans Are Considered The Same As Credit Card Debt. You Need To Wait At Least Six Or Seven Months To File Bankruptcy Or They Can Scream Fraud. It Will Be Hard To Avoid The Harassment Until Then, But Once You File They Can't Contact You Anymore. At Least Not In My State Of Georgia.
