I just want to have an idea on how to deport someone who is still working under live-in caregiver program and is having an affair with my husband. She had been harassing and threatening me through text messages. Thanks and I would appreciate any ideas.

Are you asking how to have a Canadian immigrant in the US deported? Or are you in Canada asking how to have someone deported out of Canada? And what you do you mean by "still working"? Is she not here legally right now?

If this is in the US and she's here illegally, you can call the number from this site: ICE

If she's harassing you, why not just call the police and report the harassment?

If she's fulfilling her requirements for the Caregiver program, there's nothing you can do. If, however you know that she's doing "extra" work for another employer than her LCD one, or working under the table somewhere, you can report her, and that would be enough to have her deported.

b]I have a question too:::my friend got married in India and it took his wife 5 years to come hereafter she arrived she has now been in Canada for 8 monthsand she said she wanted to go to India for her brother's weddingand she did not invite her husband to India with her. AND MOST OF ALL SHE GOT MARRIED TO SOMEONE ELSE IN INDIA, JUST SO SHE COULD SEND HIM TO CANADA.her husband and her and her family went and took her to the airport.Now it has been about 3 weeks(Feb 12, 2011) and neither did she ask her husband to get her at the airport neither did she tell him the right time. So she didn't even call him, visit him, come live with him. WELL I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO, CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!? What is your question? She is married to two people at this time. That's bigamy and also a criminal act.

She didn't invite her husband to travel with her? I'm not aware of a relationship where one party invites the other to go someplace.

He misses her and she is sad? How does he know if he never hears from her?
