    If I use vitamin k on the hand ,can reduce my hand veins
    The veins on my hands are very visible and I do some arm exercise at gym.and also do house work.How to reduce that veins from my hand and if I wear vitamin k on that , that will be effective ? Shall I stop go to gym? And also house work? I really want them invisible.

    You have the wrong idea about Vitamin K, it is a blood coagulant if taken internally; but you can still get the same benefits from veggies like asparagus. Rubbing Vitamin K on the back of your hands will not reduce the veins. Some people have thin skin and this is why veins show. The hard work you do has nothing to do with the veins. Live with them; I do.
