My power is -2.0 in one eye and -1.0 in another eye... how to reduce it?

Please read other posts in this section before asking yours. Corrective devices will make it easier to see--contacts or glasses. You may or may not be eligible/treatable with Vision Therapy. That's something that your doctor needs to examine you for and make a decision. There is also laser surgery. Please elaborate more if you want a better answer.
