I want to have my tragus pierced but I don't won't it to go wrong and make a mess... also I hope it doesn't hurt too much. My friend suggested I should have it pierced with a stud. Im only 14 and am easily hurt. Can someone tell me about the process and caring and stuff? Thanks x

If you have your tragus pierced professionally, it can't go wrong and you will have the proper instructions for after care. I don't think studs in the tragus are attractive though, it should be a small ring; it is actually a very nice place on the ear to have a piercing. As far as pain is concerned, well, there is some pain associated with any piercing, but I think the tragus is minimal.
