I just want to convert my document which are in the jpg formate,I want to convert these document into the word formate

First off why are the documents in JPG? There are programs you could use to convert it several layers but how many are we talking about?

Are they maybe screenshots of documents that you are seeing in jpeg (jpg) format? It would be very rare to get documents in jpeg format as jpeg is a image format not a document format.

I received a letter from my friend in jpeg format I have to do some corrections in the same how to correct the same I need the format to be converted in word help me in this issue
