What is an example of interspecific competition in the temperate deciduous rainforest

    Capuchin
Trees often compete for sunlight in the rainforest, as the canopy is so thick, it's hard to get enough sunlight to photosynthesise on the ground.

This is why some plants have developed the ability to climb up the bigger plants in order to get higher and get more sunlight.

Also plants have developed parasitic properties so they can get the nutrients they need from other plants.

Hope this is a good start for you..
