    Going through a divorce living with my ex can thy take my kins in ky.
    I am living with my boyfriend I was with him before I got married. I am going trough a divorce with m husband... I have 2 children and they have more and better off with me and my boyfrien than they are with there dad can they take the children from me for living with someone wihile going through a divorce?
