My spa drain when my pump turns off

Best guess, it's backsiphoning because the pump isn't being vented.

Drain(s) to where?

The ground? The pool?

Spa, hot tub, whirlpool??

If this is an inground pool/spa combination with the spa being slightly higher than the pool, you have a check valve in the spa return line that is sticking or worn out.
