My ex-husband quit paying me spousal support on his own Jan. 2010 and our divorce was final Feb. 2010. He owes me 5 months back pay plus he is to pay me for 12 years. What's the chances for me to take him to court without my Attorney to collect back pay and win? Any comments! This was to come out of his paycheck but it never did.
