See if he actually goes ahead with the divorce first... often this is said, but rarely followed through on. How long has he been saying he will get a divorce? What steps has he done on it so far? This will tell you much.

Also, keep in mind that he cheated on his wife with you... no guarantee he wouldn't eventually do the same when he's with you. No one thinks it will happen to them, but I'm sure his wife thinks that way too!

Personally I wouldn't want to be with a man who can't be trusted.
