    I relocated from Md to live with my fiancée who suffers from PTSD. We moved into and apt complex March 2010. He walked into our apt 05-18-2010 and said its over, you have to leave. What is my leagal timeframe in which to leave ? He is listed as leaser I am listed as occupant...

    You are a sublessor, and are entitled to 30 days written notice.

    I'm not sure whether you are a sub lessor or not since you are listed on the lease. But that's really immaterial. Since you ARE listed on the lease, you are a resident and he has to follow the law for removing a resident. Since you would be considered a periodic tenant, he has to give you at least 30 day notice possibly, one full rental period.

    You can check with your local housing court for specifics for your area.
