I want to rent a house and the landord wants my rental history

What specifically is he looking for? References? If that's all he wants you should be able to give him your past landlords' numbers. If he want to find out about your credit, he should be able to run a credit check. My landlord wanted both. I had to pay a small fee to cover the credit check but she's the one who actually looked into it.

There is no "copy" of your rental history, you write it up, you make a list of all the places you have rented, the names, address and phone numbers of the landlords and provide it to them. That is your rental history
