I am trying to get my air conditioner to turn on and I turned it from heat to cool and then prgramed the day and times I wanted certain temps and the snow flake it blinking and the house image is blinking. My air conditioner is not turning on. The thermostat is a Honeywell RTH230B... Please help!

If it is blinking it is probably on time delay. Should come on in 5 minutes after the blinking stops

I have an identical thermostat to yours, and the air conditioning will not turn on too. Did you air conditioning turn on eventually? How did you solve the problem?
