What do I need to get married?

You will need a marriage license. Then a public notary can marry you. Or you can get married at your local court house.

How old are you? How old is the person you are wanting to marry? Where do you live? Would you need permission of parents? Those are a few questions that would need to be answered as the answers can decide what steps you would need to take.

And a notary can marry you in a some US states, but not all. In some states you will need a judge or a minister The clerk where you get your license can tell you who can do the service
