I have an order that my children's father must be supervised and nobody is prensent. Today, my son tells me that he and his sister went on an unspervised walk with their dad without the supervisor "thier uncle" and his grandmother was there who is not supposed to be present during visitation. We live in VA.

You go back to Court, present your PROOF and tell the Court that the father is in violation of the Court Order.
