My pump clicker -clicks a lot, even when NOT in use.Weve been here almost 30 yrs.We own it.It clicks early in am & during day, again at night.Seems like water running under toilet.Im not able to get there to see.Why would pump keep clicking when not in use?

Are you referring to the pump pressure switch? If so,then you must 1) have a small leak somewhere causing it to cut in and 2) if it keeps doing a lot of clicking then the system is water logged and needs to be bled. Eventually it will wear out the switch contacts as well. Let me know what type system you have as the bleeding methods are different.
