How can you tell horsepower when mowers are rated in CC, how many CC in a 5h.p. mower?

Cc isn't directly related to HP, just have a look at cars.

Which make and model of machine do you have ?

Don't really have one yet... old mower I have is 5 horse,, need a new one.. seen them listed as 190 cc and 7.0 torque.. would that be compareable
