There is this movie about a town. I only saw a part of it. But basically its this town of people all terrified of these kids. Pale white with toe head hair, like 12 of them. All in pairs. But one boy, doesn't want to be with them anymore, and wants to be normal. So the bad ones made their eyes glow and all sorts of bad stuff happened. It was REALLY interesting and I would love to watch the whole thing.

No thanks hon, but that's not it. I've seen that movie. The one I'm thinking of isn't so grusom. Its not a horror movie I don't think. It was suspense and drama filled. But not scary. More creeply sort of like that M.Night Shalahans movie "The villiage"

HAH! Thanks for your time hon but I found it. I googled 'creepy movie kids' and they popped right up! It's the 'newer' color version of 'Villiage of the Damned'
