Children find criminals in their barn and don't know they it and they feed them and house them and I think one was shot in their escape the kids help mend them. In the end they are arrested and one has his arms out like Jesus on the cross the kids believe that they have some sort of relation to God. I just don't know the name. Kind of old movie
