What are some of the symptoms of pregnancy?

What people experience, and when they might experience them, is very individual. A few of the possible symptoms can mimic those felt prior to a period coming on as well.

Generally you may see: increased need to use the toilet, being more tired than usual, breast tenderness (especially nipple sensitivity), slight abdominal cramping or backache (some women feel as though their period is about to start), nausea, and heightened sense of smell.

While some may experience a few of these even before a missed period, for most the first inclination will be a missed, or unusual, period.
