    You can use 5 -60 watt lights but they have to be 12volt.

    The formula for Watts (P=VI) based on 12 V is P=12*I(amps).

    You just add the wattages of the lamps. If you happen to know that the lamps are 12 V, 1A then that lamp draws 12 Watts. If you have 10 of these lamps that's 120 watts.

    I would have the wind generator charge a battery to have lights/fan when wind is not present.

    That is 25 Amps at 12 Volts DC.
    300/12=25 Amps.
