    Confused about a girl...
I'm not sure where to start with this, so I guess I'll start from the beginning.

I was playing billiards one night and a guy that I know walks up to me. I've known him for some time and we start to play together. Then, this beautiful girl walks in the room. She just sits back and watches us play. Finally, she decides she wants to play and takes the guy's pool cue and starts to shoot with me. The guy eventually leaves leaving me and this girl by ourselves.

Now, I'm a shy person when it comes to women and usually stumble over my words and other things like that. Well, with this girl, I felt very comfortable around her. We were playing, laughing, and having a great time together. Well, she decides to leave after several hours and asks me if I wanted to hang out later. I was relieved that she was the one to ask since I wouldn't have the courage to ask her out.

Anyway, she gives me her number and a couple of days later I call her and she said she was free to hang out. Well, I go out, pick her up, and we hang out. It was nothing special, we just walked around the mall, bought some stuff, went to a late dinner and I dropped her off at home. We sat in my car for awhile, she gave me a kiss on the cheek and then left.

While we were at dinner, she was talking about how she wanted to go into the army and that in a couple of months she was going to apply. I'm all for people joining the military and doing what they want in their life, my only concern is that if our friendship develops into something more, what can I do about her going into the military?

    I wish
I would say, slow down buddy.

Why not go out on a few more dates before you worry about the long term consequences? Let's see how things play out from one date to the next first.

Why not just have fun hanging out, and not get carried away, after a date.

Let the future take care of itself, and enjoy yourself.

You've met her twice and your already wanting to change her career choice??

Like the others said , Slow down Buddy , you don't even know her yet . Go on a few more dates and enjoy getting to know each other.

If and when it gets a bit more serious you can work out your life paths then.
