Can you help me with a sample 60-Day Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease form?
I own land in rural Missouri. I currently have a lease in place that will expire on October 31, 2010. I want to notify the leasee (merely as a formality) 60 days prior to October 31 that the lease will not be renewed. There will be a new lease and that same person will probably sign it, but I think it is a good idea to make it perfectly clear that there is a definite end date to the lease.

Can you help me with a sample 60-Day Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease form?
I own land in rural Missouri that I currently lease for hunting. The lease expires on October 31, but as a formality, I would like to send a 60-Day Notice of Non-Renewal to the leasee. Can you help with this?

Merely tell them that the lease will not be renewed.

You can write them a letter stating that you intend to honor the current lease until it is satisfied and your intention is to not renew when it expires. Also read your current lease to make sure there isn't a longer period needed to give notice of intent.
