When I was in my teens, I used to babysit 2 adorable kids: 2 and 3 years old. They used to watch a video all the time, in which a bunch of hosts sang many popular songs (with dances and sketches). All I remember was the main host, who was african american, had a british accent I think, and very funny! I don't know if it was a show or a video, I don't remember the name... Help!

Where did these kids live? It would help to narrow down what kids' shows were on if you can post a market.

It was in 1999, the kids were living in France but they were from England, and so was the tape! That's all I remember...
