Must Bathroom's be on separate circuit's?
When wiring my bathroom's do they have to be on their own circuit's?

Yes. See section 210.11 (C) (3). All receptacles in a bathroom have to have GFCI protection. See section 210.8 (A)(1)

Please consider placing lighting circuits for bathrooms on a separate circuit, that way if the receptacle causes the breaker to trip, you will not be standing in the dark.
